FASHION RETAIL GROUP INC. was founded in 2008 by Robin L. Klein. The consulting firm is exclusive to retail tenant representation.
Prior to forming FRG, Robin was Senior Vice President at Staubach Retail, a division of Roger Staubach’s real estate firm. Robin joined Staubach in September of 2001 as Director of the company’s boutique retail group. The team worked nationally with fashion and lifestyle brands on new store development in regional malls, outlet projects and high end street locations.
Before joining Staubach Retail, Robin was the leasing executive for strategic tenants at Chelsea Property Group where her portfolio consisted of the best brands in the industry. In addition to Chelsea, Robin’s extensive career includes working with exceptional developers such as EW Hahn, Developers Diversified and Prime Retail.
Robin began her profession as an intern at a regional mall during her sophomore year in college; her career spans more than 30 years and her experience in retail real estate encompasses implementation of new store roll-out, market analysis and site selection, lease negotiation, mall operations and construction.
Robin's understanding of the client’s business together with her extensive knowledge of real estate has proven beneficial to retailers seeking profitable store locations - from strategies and initial planning to site selection, lease negotiation and store opening. Her commitment to her clients, passion for the business and experience in the industry has allowed Robin to maintain stellar relationships with both landlords and tenants throughout her career.

Christie joined Fashion Retail Group Inc. in 2008, with over 10 years of experience in the field of retail real estate. Christie works with leasing representatives and tenants to provide real estate solutions designed to meet specific real estate goals. Through extensive market evaluation, portfolio review and transaction management, Christie has assisted with the successful opening of retail stores for high profile brands including Sony Corporation, Aldo Group and Ann Taylor, Inc.
Before joining Fashion Retail Group, Christie was the Marketing Director for Staubach Retail Services Northeast. At Staubach, Christie utilized comprehensive market analysis, mapping and demographics, along with managing online and print marketing campaigns.
Christie’s 20 plus year professional career includes several years as a project manager in the office furniture industry. Working with both large and small companies to define needs and ensure a smooth office installation provided Christie with the analytic and time management skills needed to oversee many large projects simultaneously.
LIZA CHIU

Liza comes from an administrative background in finance and real estate, starting with a summer internship as the Listings Manager at a residential real estate business. After graduating from college, Liza was hired by a boutique commercial real estate firm as an Assistant Analyst, eventually taking on multiple roles in marketing and management.
In 2007, Liza began working as Real Estate Coordinator for Robin Klein, who was the Senior Vice President at Staubach Retail Services Northeast at the time, and continued to work with Robin as Fashion Retail Group came into fruition. Liza’s years of experience gathering and dissecting information from multiple sources, make her uniquely qualified to formulate and present solutions for her tenants.
DANIELLE FLOYD

Having joined Fashion Retail Group, Inc. at its inception, Danielle brings a career in real estate spanning over ten years. Danielle originally moved to New York City at the age of 17 to study at the prestigious Juilliard School and make a career in opera. After much singing and travel Danielle was given the opportunity to work with the leasing team at Vornado Realty Trust. Needless to say her career path changed direction and she remained with the company for 5 years. Having had the opportunity to work for both a Landlord/Developer and a firm that represents tenants only, Danielle adds another dimension to our team here at FRG.
